NDIS: Support Coordination/Recovery Coaching & Support Work
Path to Wellness offers Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching Services, Counselling for NDIS clients as well as Support Work. We are passionate about helping you improve the quality of your life through positive change. Our Support Coordination Services are second to none, using a centered approach on individual needs to ensure you receive the personalised support you deserve.
Mindfulness and Meditation:

Vivienne is passionate about bringing the benefits of mindfulness and meditation to everyone and teaches to individuals and groups, as well as running education workshops. It is scientifically supported that this discipline improves physical and mental health, and centuries of practice across the world have shown that it nourishes the spirit and cultivates peace.
Programs
Path to Wellness offers programs designed for personal growth and knowledge, and which provide you an opportunity to change and heal in mind, body and spirit.
Mindfulness to Stillness is an easy, step by step process for learning mindfulness and meditation. This is a practice that anyone can learn to do in a way that is appropriate for them. Manage stress, heal physically or mentally, find more peace and balance in your life, be more efficient at work or perform better at sport. There are around 7,000 research articles confirming that all these outcomes, and more, can follow with the regular practice of meditation.
Family of Origin is the family you were born or adopted into and the people who raised you and shaped your beliefs. The beliefs, values and rules of a family are passed down from one generation to the next through living life together. Do you sometimes feel conflicted about your family? Do you wonder why life seems so difficult or keep finding yourself in the same situations no matter how hard you try to make different decisions? Do you know if you are living according to your own beliefs and values or by those of your family?
In this workshop you will complete a family genogram and explore your Family of Origin, helping you to understand those relationships and how they influence your choices and behaviours today. This is a journey of self-discovery, toward knowing who you are as an individual, and as part of your family.
